It's understandable to be concerned about unexpected charges. Here's what may have happened: Our system initially authorizes your credit card for the total amount of your order when it's placed. However, if any of the products you purchased are on backorder, we can't ship them immediately. In such cases, our system adjusts the initial charge to reflect only the products available for shipment and performs a separate authorization for the backordered product. Rest assured, if we can't ship the backordered product within seven days, any remaining authorized funds will be released back to your credit card.
